This two-hour experience is designed to regulate the nervous system through movement first, then sound.
We begin with 30 minutes of GYROKINESIS® led by Cinde Carroll — a spiraling, breath-centered movement practice that mobilizes the spine, stimulates lymphatic flow, and gently awakens the body without strain. This prepares the tissues and nervous system to receive sound more deeply and safely.
From there, we transition into a 90-minute Star Harmony Sound Medicine ceremony. Crystal bowls, harmonic triads, and subtle gong textures are composed in alignment with the energetic influences of the day: the beginning of Taurus season under a waxing Cancer Moon with Jupiter also traveling through Cancer. The effect is grounding yet expansive — stabilizing the body while softening emotional tension.
As a quiet backdrop to Earth Day week, the annual Lyrid meteor season peaks overnight around these dates, a subtle sky-signal of clearing and renewal.
