QUESTIONS

  • Feel free to bring any comfort items you like to any event that we offer, some examples are: blankets, pillows, cushions, eye masks, water bottles or crystals to charge. 
     

    There will be 18 4” inflatable mattresses available for events that we host at Kensho Studio, Prana Yoga & Cinde Carroll Studio, A Purpose Collective, and others to be announced. 
     

    Kensho Studio also provides 6 MoonPods, yoga mats, blankets, and a few bolsters.
     

    Prana Yoga also provides yoga mats, blankets and bolsters. 
     

    Opt For Light provides 13 Zero G chairs, blankets, and small pillows.

  • Drink plenty of water for the following 24-48hrs, including some gentle movement like walking that evening can help with integration, as well as the tips provided in the aftercare sheet available here.

  • Full refunds will be provided if canceled 24 hrs in advance, and the event is not sold out. If it's a sold out event with a waitlist & and the seats can be resold, then refunds will be provided. Please contact us for assistance with your specific situation.

  • Yes! We love collaborating with other practitioners and wellness providers, so you may see other events and special appearances show up periodically. Let us know if you have something in mind!

  • If you have something that you would like to request, please reach out to me and let me know and I’m happy to consider it or make a suggestion related to it. 

  • Doors typically open 30 mins prior to the start time at our events, so please allow extra time. We close the doors at most of our studios right at the start time and begin the ceremony immediately. If you do arrive late, try the door and it’s locked, there will likely be no one available to open it at that point unfortunately. If you know you are going to arrive late, you can attempt to contact us prior to the event to see if someone will be available to assist you, but it isn’t guaranteed. 

  • My training started through the Sound Healing Academy which teaches the fundamentals, but from there the practice of Sound Medicine was my own creation.
