About the event
By December, you may be surprised by what still matters to you and what doesn’t anymore.
Something you spent months worrying about may barely register now. Something you thought you’d be over may still matter deeply. Sometimes you don’t really notice the difference until you stop thinking about all of it for a while.
For 90 minutes, you can.
You’ll settle into a Moon Pod or four-inch mattress, close your eyes and let the sound take your attention for a while. No decisions to make. Nothing you need to work through. You can listen, feel the vibration around you and give yourself enough time to really drop into the experience.
There’s often a point during Sound Medicine when you realize you’re no longer trying to relax. Your body has gotten heavier on its own. Your breathing feels different. The thought you were following earlier is gone, and you don’t particularly need it back.
I want to give people enough time to actually get there.
We’ll gather with the Moon moving into Aquarius earlier that day and the Geminid meteor shower building toward its peak the following night. There’s a lot of mental movement in the Energetic Weather™ that weekend, alongside a growing sense of what actually deserves your attention.
When the sound ends, you may find that something you’ve been thinking about feels simpler than it did before. Or you may leave without having thought about it at all. Either can feel surprisingly good after a year with so much in it.
Every Star Harmony ceremony has its own original composition, created for the energetic conditions surrounding that particular gathering.
