The Total Balance Kriya, Brahm Sargam Meditation, planetary gongs, Sound Medicine, essential oils, crystals, and herbal tea each chosen to support the next, unfolding as one continuous ceremony designed specifically for the energetic weather of this night.
Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and Sound Medicine, we create the conditions for the body to settle, perspective to widen, and what matters most to come into focus. From that place, moving forward begins naturally.
