It can happen before December is even over. You’re reviewing what you accomplished, thinking about what you didn’t, and already making plans for a year you haven’t entered yet.

Spend part of New Year’s Eve away from the lists, resolutions and expectations of what comes next.

THRESHOLD brings meditation and Star Harmony Sound Medicine together for a special gathering at the close of the year.

We’ll begin with guided meditation, with gentle breath practices woven into the experience to help you arrive, settle and bring your attention into the room. From there, you’ll move into an original Star Harmony Sound Medicine composition created specifically for the final evening of 2026.

You’ll lie back, close your eyes and be surrounded by sound and vibration. As your body settles, you may notice your breathing become easier, your jaw and shoulders soften and thoughts that have been circling become less insistent.

For a while, you don’t need to review the year or decide what the next one should look like.

A Different Way to Begin New Year’s Eve

December 31 arrives under a waning Libra Moon after Third Quarter. Even as New Year’s Eve turns everyone’s attention toward beginnings, the lunar cycle is still winding down.

You don’t have to rush into what comes next.

With some distance from the usual mental noise, you may notice that something you spent a lot of energy maintaining no longer feels as important as it once did. Something you nearly overlooked may be exactly what you want more of. Or something you’ve been turning over may simply feel different when you’re no longer trying so hard to solve it.

Nothing has to become clear.

You may simply leave deeply rested and a little less interested in making a resolution just because the calendar says you should.

Every Star Harmony ceremony has its own original composition, created for the energetic conditions surrounding that particular gathering. This will be the final composition of 2026.
